If your question is about technical support, please zip and attach in your message the follows:

• the file "support.txt" from TMeter Service startup folder
  (by default, c:\program files\TMeter\support.txt)
• application logs of TMeter Service
  (by default, c:\program files\TMeter\Logs\Log*.txt)
• your filterset
  (by default, c:\program files\TMeter\FilterSets\default.tmf)
• any additional information about your network will be useful as well
